WAYS WE CAN HELP

It’s time to take back control.

What treatment methods and philosophy do you use?

Dr. Wolff’s style of practice includes both traditional (follows evidence based prescribing guidelines), and alternative medicine (lifestyle modifications such as supplements, vitamins, exercise and diet). She is passionate about providing high quality, integrated, comprehensive, individualized care. Patients are encouraged to practice good self-care by engaging in regular physical activity, proper nutrition, restorative sleep, consistent socialization, and stress reduction. She believes that although medication can be supportive when indicated, it is never a substitute for self-care.

Success begins with strong communication in order to put together a treatment plan tailored to each patient’s capabilities and outcome goals. Using evidence based medicine, she takes time to formulate an individualized plan for each patient.

Her hallmark is being personable, open, patient, flexible, and able to develop good rapport to develop trust with her patients. One of her greatest gifts comes from the relationships she develops with patients when they allow their vulnerabilities to be known.

In her spare time she enjoys exercise (Barre, Crossfit, Peloton, hiking and golf), reading, farm life, and cooking with her family and friends

Life can feel different than the way it does today.

  • At this time, we are not prescribing benzodiazepines or opioid medication. We recommend you follow up with your primary care physician if needed.

  • This varies, but generally we meet 3-4 weeks after starting a new medication, or changing the dose. Once we determine the doses are therapeutic, we meet quarterly, at minimum.

  • We cannot provide assessments or participate in the completion of paperwork/forms for the following (not a complete list):

    Family Medical Leave Act

    Leave Of Absence

    Social Security Disability

    Emotional Support Animal

    Custodial/Forensic Evaluation

    Fitness for Duty/Return to Work

    Housing Evaluations

For assistance with this, we encourage you to reach out to and work with your primary care physician or any other external physician.
